PARK CITY, UT – April 2, 2007 – Park City Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PCYG), a leading provider of inventory and patented labor optimization software solutions for retailers, today provided an update to the progress its software solution is making in obtaining retail community acceptance
Supply Chain Profit Link targets supermarket retailers and suppliers who use Park City Group’s tools and analytic services to assist the retailer/supplier in its category management process. Park City Group recently disclosed at the end of the fiscal year 2007 second quarter ending December 31, 2006 it was working on 3 categories with 2 supermarket retailers and that by late-March that number had increased to 19 categories with 6 retailers.
Park City Group’s Chairman and CEO, Randall K. Fields said,
“We are experiencing significant traction in our efforts to introduce our solutions to supermarket retailers and suppliers. What is especially notable is that we are currently working with four of the ten largest supermarket retailers in the country; those four are comprised of over 6,500 stores. The product is sold on a per-store, per-category basis. Each store may have as many as 50 viable categories, so one can see how the number of engagements can expand dramatically.
Park City Group will be updating the number of categories and retailer clients on a monthly basis. That information may be found on the investor relations section of the company’s website.
