Corporate Profile

Park City Group, Inc. develops and markets patented computer software that helps its retail customers to increase their sales while reducing their inventory and labor costs: the two largest, controllable expenses in the retail industry. The technology has its genesis in the operations of Mrs. Fields Cookies, co-founded by Randy Fields, CEO of Park City Group, Inc. Industry leading customers such as The Home Depot, Victoria's Secret, The Limited, Anheuser Busch Entertainment and Tesco Lotus benefit from our software.

Investment Thesis

Retailing is becoming increasingly competitive from traditional retailers, internet retailing and most importantly, Wal-Mart. To remain viable, retailers are looking for technology to improve competitiveness, efficiency and profitability. Park City Group offers proven, patented technologies that address these industry needs. Moreover, as fast-food providers and other Home Meal Replacement players encroach on the supermarket industry, supermarkets have been forced into a position of increasing their fresh food department sales from less than 20% to more than 50% of total sales in recent years dramatically shifting their operations to change with the new consumer food purchasing patterns. Our newest product, Fresh Market Manager, enables our customers to manage their fresh food products in the same successful way as was done by Mrs. Fields Cookies. The fact that our customers are achieving improved economic performance is the best measure of our performance.

We believe investors and prospective investors alike should understand our business strategy and technology direction especially in response to the powerful changes occurring in the retailing industry.
