Randy Fields, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Fields career reflects his strong entrepreneurial skills. Initially leveraging his educational experience, in the early 1970′s, he established a financial and economic consulting firm called Fields Investment Group. He then co-founded Mrs. Fields Cookies with Debbi Fields, and served as its chairman from 1978 to 1990. He purchased the software rights from Mrs. Fields Cookies and created Park City Group in 1990. Today, he continues to define the strategic direction of Park City Group, Inc. and shares his expertise and the collective experience through consulting and speaking, interviews and guest lecturing engagements both in the retail industry as well as in the general business environment. Mr. Fields received his B.A. magna cum laude, and his M.A. from Stanford University.

David Colbert , Chief Financial Officer
Mr.Colbert has nearly two decades experience in both the public and private sectors of corporate finance. Prior to joining Park City Group, he was most recently Co-founder, Chief Financial Officer and VP of Operations for Sendside Networks, Inc., a privately held software-as-a-service company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Colbert spent 14 years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a Standard & Poor’s 500 company, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility in finance, accounting and strategic planning. In his final Kimberly-Clark role, Mr. Colbert was responsible for all accounting, reporting and strategic analysis for a $200-plus million wholly-owned subsidiary. Mr. Colbert holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Emory University.

Christine Davidson, Vice President, Account Management
Ms. Davidson is the primary business contact for key retail and supplier accounts. Her team is responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing customer accounts by simultaneously working with internal teams and customer teams creating customer satisfaction by crafting enhancements, determining implementation methodologies, training options and materials to meet market needs. Prior to joining Park City Group, Ms. Davidson held management positions in the Caribbean, Scotland and Nigeria as well as in higher education in Britain and the United States. She also held numerous volunteer Board positions including one as the treasurer for a large inner city school. Originally from Scotland, her work ethic and drive is often recognized by both customers and colleagues alike. Ms. Davidson holds a business degree from Strathclyde University located in Glasgow, Scotland.

Robert Fascia, Vice President, Data Analytics and Business Solutions
Mr. Fascia is a seasoned financial professional with an extensive background in retail. His team is responsible for data analysis and customer consulting services to provide the best possible customer experience. Prior to joining Park City Group, Mr. Fascia was Category Manager of Beverages for CVS where he was responsible for retail sales in excess of $800M. Mr. Fascia’s duties included item selection, product placement, vendor negotiations and assignment of promotional frequency and depth. Prior to joining CVS, Mr. Fascia held multiple roles at Sears Holdings including roles in Category Management and Merchandise Finance. Mr. Fascia has also held senior financial roles in Treasury, Forecasting and Investment Analysis at Exelon and UBS. Mr. Fascia holds a BS in Finance and Economics and an MBA from DePaul University.

Shaun Broadhead, Vice President, Development
Mr. Broadhead is responsible for all the development activities for Park City Group. His team is responsible for the design and coding of the solutions. Shaun is the primary driver for developing new patents and is the coordinator of the activities surrounding the creation of new solution concepts. Mr. Broadhead holds a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Utah State University.

Kent Rice, Director of Professional Services and Support
Mr. Rice is the original architect of Park City Group’s Scan Based Trading platform and applications. He has been a significant contributor to the Company for over 15 years and is responsible for all customer integrations, implementations and support services. His team deploys technical solutions to address customer business issues based on business process designs and best practices. He has a deep background in retail systems integration, development and consulting. Mr. Rice’s background also includes database administration and project management. Prior work engagements include TG&Y stores, American Airlines and McDonnell Douglas. Mr. Rice holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma.
