Park City Group acquired Prescient Applied Intelligence in January of 2009 to form ‘The New’ Park City Group, a trusted business solutions and services provider that enables retailers and suppliers to work collaboratively as strategic partners to reduce out-of-stocks, shrink, inventory and labor while improving profits, efficiencies, and customer service. Park City Group’s innovative solutions provide trading partners a common platform on which they can capture, manage, analyze and share critical data, bringing greater visibility throughout the supply chain, and giving them the power to make better and more informed decisions.

Our customers represent a wide variety of retailers and suppliers from a diverse cross section of vertical markets, including 10 of the top 10 grocery retailers, the nation’s six largest bakeries, and four of the top six dairies in the United States.

The company has its genesis in the operations of Mrs. Fields Cookies, co-founded by Randall K. Fields, Chairman and CEO of Park City Group, Inc.

PCG rings the NYSE Closing Bell

Executives and guests of PCG visited the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to celebrate the Company’s recent listing on NYSE Amex. Park City Group began trading on NYSE Amex on November 2, 2010 under the current ticker symbol PCYG.
