PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

We are currently expanding the merchandising analysis area of our Supply Chain Profit Link product suites and looking for a strong individual to join our team to work with clients in the New Jersey area.

We are looking for self-directed, self-confident team player able to work in a dynamic environment. The job requires the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail resulting in quality results.

The Merchandising Analyst will serve as key resource for retailer and suppliers by developing category management initiatives through consistent use of Park City Group's reporting and analysis tools. Conducts regular review of category and vendor performance through use of Park City Group's reporting tools. Reviews Key Performance Indicators; manages and leads the Profit Optimization Process at client sites. Serves as the catalyst for turning reporting data into actionable information to drive category profitability and improve supplier performance.

Compiles and analyzes financial information for Regional Supermarket Company and participating suppliers. Assists category managers, store operations, and supplier sales representatives, on executing key category initiatives. Conducts regular review of category key performance indicators and compiles sales and tracks key product and category objectives. Creates weekly, monthly, quarterly, reviews with corporate sponsors, category managers, suppliers, and operations. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments. Assist with development and implementation of Park City Group solutions throughout retailer and supplier organizations. Presents user requirements and system enhancements to Park City Group development and senior management.

Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Requires a bachelor's degree and 5 -10 years of experience in grocery, CPG, or food broker industry. Requires experience with buying and merchandising process. Must have strong personal skills and be able to develop vendor and retailer relationships. This role will become a trusted resource for vendors and retailer. This is a key role for developing further use of company solutions by driving results with our solutions.
